Patrick was willing and able to provide the physical, managerial, and personal support we needed to complete the project. His flexibility was important to us because my son and I wanted to be directly involved with the construction work. With the exception of concrete finishing and plastering, the three of us did all the work involved in completing what we and our friends and neighbors think is a very special home…I know of four other projects he has managed for local people, and each one has been done in a competent and timely fashion.
